《国际贸易实务》依据国际贸易实务课程大纲要求编写。《国际贸易实务》分为两个部分，共十一章。第一部分为国际贸易术语，讲述美国对外贸易定义（修改）1990版和国际贸易术语解释通则2010版。第二部分为国际货物买卖流程和合同条款，分别讲解商品品名和品质、货物数量、货物包装、交货时间和地点、国际货物运输、国际货物保险、国际收付、索赔和仲裁及合同签署。

A9 Checking—packaging—marking
The seller must pay the costs of those checking operations（such as checking quality，measuring，weighmg，counting） that are necessary for the purpose of delivering the goods iaccordance with A4 as well as the costs of any pre—ship—ment inspectiomandated by the authority of the country of export.
The seller must，at its owexpense，package the goods，unless it is usual for the particular trade to transport the type of goods sold unpackaged.The seller may package the goods ithe manner appropriate for their transport，unless the buyer has notified the seller of specific packaging requirements before the contract of sale is concluded.Packaging is to be marked appropriately.

The seller must，where applicable，ia timely manner，provide or render assistance iobtaining for the buyer，at the buyer's request，risk and expense，any documents and information，including security—related information， that the buyer needs for the import of the goods and／or for their transport to the final destination.
