Over the last seven years, at the scene of earthquakes andtsunamis across the world, one regular presence has been a team ofrescuers in orange coveralls with "CHINA" printed on the back. Therescuers are a group of international humanitarian reliefactivists, known as the "orange flames" from China. They are withthe 2nd international heavy rescue team in Asia, and the 12th groupin the world to have secured official approval from the UnitedNations - the China International Search and Rescue Team(CISAR).
