【作者简介】
Brian Tomplinson是世界*著名的语言学习教材开发专家，于1993年在英国卢顿大学开设了世界首个致力于研究语言学习教材开发的硕士学位，成立了国际著名的教材开发协会MATSDA，并担任主席。
Jo Applaton现任教于英国利兹城市大学，曾先后教授国际基础课程，英语本科课程以及英语硕士课程，有丰富的英语教材编写经验。
Ivor Immis是英国利兹城市大学的英语语言教育学方向教授，有近三十年的教学经验，曾参与新加坡、中国、埃塞俄比亚等多个国家和地区的英语教材编写工作。
